Guest Pre-registration

JDRF Hope Gala guests can pre-register for the Hope Gala here. Preregistering allows you early access to the silent auction on your smartphone where you can manage alerts for your favorite items and set up automatic bidding in the system. You can bid from anywhere and receive alerts notifying you when the silent auction is open for bidding and when the auction closes for the evening. 

Guests that pre-register their credit card and cell number prior to May 8, 2020, can skip the check-in line.  When pre-registered, your arrival at the JDRF Hope Gala will be a breeze and you will have early access to our Silent Auction.  Your credit card will not be charged unless you make a purchase at the event.

Mobile Bidding
Those who cannot attend but are interested in mobile bidding in the silent auction can also pre-register below. Remote mobile bidding allows you to bid from anywhere and receive alerts notifying you when the silent auction is open for bidding and when the auction closes for the evening.

Please follow the below directions to pre-register:

• Check the box for "I authorize JDRF-Nevada-4356 to use the credit card entered on the submission page at event"
• Click "Next"
• Fill out your contact information and credit card information
• Check the box for "I agree to pay future charges, when I authorize them, according to card issuer agreement."
• Please include your cell phone number to have access to our electronic bidding system for the JDRF Hope Gala Silent Auction. The Silent Auction will open for those who have registered their cell phone numbers at noon Friday, May 8th.
• Click "Submit for Processing"

No monetary transaction will occur unless you purchase something at the JDRF Hope Gala 2020.  Your credit card information is encrypted within our system which is level 1 PCI compliant.  That is the highest rating in the credit card industry.
